Bill Description: Senate Bill 1161 sets limits for how many apprentice electricians a journeyman electrician can supervise.

Rating: -1

Does it give government any new, additional, or expanded power to prohibit, restrict, or regulate activities in the free market? Conversely, does it eliminate or reduce government intervention in the market?

Senate Bill 1161 amends Section 54-1003A, Idaho Code, to say that a journeyman electrician can legally supervise a maximum of four "apprentices performing electrical work on one (1) and two (2) family dwelling units" or two "apprentices performing electrical work on all other types of electrical installations."
