A planned walking trail along Highway 41 was to have its fate determined Thursday night in Post Falls after nearly three years. According to the Coeur d'Alene Press, the project is still up in the air.
Post Falls Mayor Clay Larkin broke a tie vote and sent the project back to the urban renewal agency so it could hold a public hearing on the project. The project was estimated to cost nearly $1 million at one point, but a new estimate brings the project cost to around $640,000.
