Grant Loebs, Twin Falls County prosecutor, says changes made by lawmakers to the rape laws in Idaho are making it difficult to help victims.
In a story from the Idaho Statesman, Loebs says that when the rape statute was changed from simply being a minor to being age 16 or 17 and in a relationship with someone no more than three years older as being consensual, victims have "lost their opportunity for justice."
Loebs also said the Legislature "clearly created a problem that wasn't there."
