Twin Falls City Council members have voted to amend part of city code, expanding the definition of inhalants, possession of inhalants and being somewhere where they are being used.

According to the Times-News, the expansion is due to the city seeing more people start to use synthetic marijuana. Idaho passed a bill dealing with synthetic marijuana, specifically spice. Twin Falls thinks it needs to go further, saying synthetic marijuana is a "hot topic."
