New interchanges at Gowen Road, Broadway Avenue and Meridian Road have been approved by the Idaho Transportation Department, according to a story in the Idaho Statesman.

Money for the construction of the projects did not come from the 2012 session of the Idaho Legislature. The funds are the result of unspent bond money that had been approved prepreviously
