Do you know of a law that is outrageous? The Idaho Freedom Foundation and humorist P.J. O'Rourke are looking for candidates for our first ever Outrageous Law Contest. We're on the hunt for laws that shouldn't be on the books because they're outdated, ignored, silly, unenforceable or infringe on basic freedoms.
O'Rourke has agreed to be the honorary judge for this event! Send us your entry for the most Outrageous Law in Idaho. Identify the statute or local ordinance, the reasons it should be eliminated and send the info to [email protected]. The deadline to send your nominations is November 15. Winners will be recognized at our annual dinner later this year.
