Gov. Butch Otter said Tuesday that he's proud of the recently completed legislation, saying that lawmakers reaffirmed Idaho's values of living within their means. Otter said lawmakers did the right thing by not raising taxes while still supporting the education, health, and safety of Idaho citizens.
