A lawsuit against the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare has been dropped by three guardians who claimed that the department's plan to consolidate some Medicaid programs was a violation against their wards, and didn't allow them the freedom to choose what medical coverage they wanted, they said in a story in the Idaho State Journal.

The plaintiffs decided the lawsuit wasn't worth it given the current pace of  the consolidation process.
