Bill description: HB 375 increases the fee for the state-required endorsement given to vehicles that transport hazardous materials.

Currently, vehicles that transport hazardous materials pay an annual vehicle registration endorsement fee of $10. This bill would increase the fee to $15. This fee increase will either affect the owners of these vehicles or the party they are transporting hazardous materials for, since these carriers are “authorized to pass along such fee to the shipping party.”
