Wayne Hoffman defends gun rights during concealed carry bill testimony

During testimony on a bill to rewrite Idaho's concealed weapons carry laws, Idaho Freedom Foundation President Wayne Hoffman offered a staunch defense of gun rights and suggested lawmakers examine constitutional carry, also know as permitless carry.

Idaho Second Amendment Alliance President Greg Pruett asked the committee to kill the bill, and suggested the measure could strip constitutional carry rights from as many as 30,000 Idahoans who already enjoy them. Here's Pruett's testimony to the committee:
