Strings attached to capitol's free wifi

The renovated Idaho State Capitol is offering wireless internet access for free to the public, provided you can follow a few rules.
Anyone trying to access free wifi at the capitol sees a log-on page when you open up a web browser. Among the full page of text are requirements that internet use be legal and respectful. The Terms of Use also forbids downloading files larger than 10 megabytes, sending spam email, and looking at pornography.
Other public wifi locations don't have similar size or content rules. The Boise Public Library's internet, for example, has content filtering only in computers in the children's area.
The Idaho Capitol also has a password-protected wireless network for lawmakers.

Read the entire terms of use of the Idaho Capitol's public wireless below.
