Twin Falls School District's gender identity and sexual orientation policy (Policy 3281) allows administrators to meet with middle and high school students regarding their gender identity without a parent or guardian if the student does not give permission. It also prevents any student from being "required to use [restroom] facilities that conflict with his or her gender identity consistently asserted at school."
