Rating: +1
Does it in any way restrict public access to information related to government activity or otherwise compromise government transparency or accountability? Conversely, does it increase public access to information related to government activity or increase government transparency or accountability?
SB 1274 would require that select public-employee payroll information be made public. Currently, general information about pay and salary is subject to disclosure, however, SB 1274 specifically states that information concerning “bonuses, severance packages, other compensation or vouchered and unvouchered expenses for which reimbursement was paid” would be made public.
