Russ Fulcher on Constitutional Carry: Right to bear arms is a 'foundational freedom'

Idaho Freedom Foundation board member Russ Fulcher said this week the right to carry guns is a foundational freedom built into America.

Fulcher, a former gubernatorial candidate, also said citizens are put at great risk when government officials try to constrain gun rights.
