In a report to be released on Thursday by 25 civil engineers, Idaho's infrastructure will receive just a C- grade, according to the Idaho Statesman. The normal infrastructure categories are rated including roads an bridges. But infrastructure, for the purpose of this report, includes much more than that.
The categories graded are bridges, dams, state highways, local highways, drinking water, wastewater, schools, freight rail, passenger rail, transit, aviation and energy.
