The final televised debate of the Idaho primaries will be between Ada County Commissioner Sharon Ullman and former elk rancher Rex Rammell Tuesday in Boise.  Idaho Public Television will broadcast the debate statewide at 8 p.m. Mountain Daylight Time, 7 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time.

Incumbent Gov. Butch Otter declined to participate in the debate, saying he wanted all the candidates on the GOP primary ballot to share the stage for a debate.  Walt Bayes of Wilder, Pete Peterson of Boise, and Tamara Wells of Post Falls are also candidates in the race, but weren’t invited to the debate due to not meeting criteria measuring their campaign activity.  Ullman and Peterson were critical of Otter’s reason for not participating in the debate.
