Governor Butch Otter will deliver the annual State of the State address from the House floor in the Capitol building in Boise on Monday at 1 pm.  Otter is expected to unveil details about his "no-growth" budget proposals for Fiscal Year 2011 and will outline spending and program cuts.  It is anticipated Otter may also announce additional departmental holdbacks for the current Fiscal Year, which ends on June 30.

The speech will be broadcast live on Idaho Public Television.  Please visit IPTV's website for scheduling information.

This will be the first State of the State address to be held in the Capitol in over two years, as the building has been closed for renovations.
