The Alcohol Beverage Control Division could get up to 12 new employees to help regulate the more than 5,000 alcoholic businesses in the state of Idaho, according to the Idaho Statesman.

On Monday, the bill cleared the House floor, 57-11, and would dedicate $1.5 million from vendor license fees to pay for more staff for the agency.
