SPARTAC, LLC conducted a statewide public opinion for the Idaho Freedom Foundation in the third week of February, 2013 to begin an assessment of the public’s interest in pursuing education reforms. Part of that assessment necessarily involves a thorough study of the public’s reaction to last year’s referenda campaign on major changes made to the Idaho educational system by the 2011 Legislature.
