Bill Description: House Bill 754 would clarify that physical therapists may participate in direct primary care (DPC) agreements with patients.

Rating: +1

Does it give government any new, additional, or expanded power to prohibit, restrict, or regulate activities in the free market? Conversely, does it eliminate or reduce government intervention in the market?

Subsection 6 of Section 39-9203, Idaho Code, contains a list of specific health care service providers who are allowed to enter into a direct primary care (DPC) agreements with their patients. House Bill 754 would amend this subsection to add providers of “physical therapy” to this list.
