Bill Description: House Bill 749 appropriates $21,362,400 to the Idaho Digital Learning Academy for fiscal year 2025.

This is the first year that Idaho Digital Learning Academy is a stand-alone division within the Public Schools budget. This split is part of the effect of House Bill 452, which has been signed by the governor and will become law.
The Idaho Digital Learning Academy has a base appropriation of $19,719,900. There is one line item in this budget. It would provide an increase of $1,642,500 to the agency. This amount is added in accordance with the revised funding formula. The total fiscal year 2025 appropriation is in perfect agreement with the values provided in the statement of purpose for House Bill 452.
