Dan Popkey with the Idaho Statesman has reported that the Idaho State Police (ISP) is still investigating former Sen. John McGee, R-Caldwell, concerning sexual harassment charges that reportedly occurred during the 2012 legislative session. McGee resigned during the 2012 session after leadership became aware that he was being accused of sexual harassment with an attache in the Senate.

Capt. Steve Richardson of ISP told Popkey that the investigation is ongoing, ISP is still in control of it and it has not been handed off to any other agency.
