According to a report by KTVB in Boise, around 40,000 Idahoans who receive food stamps the first of every month will not have funds loaded onto their cards Wednesday, but the issue should be resolved by day's end.
As of 9:15 Wednesday morning, about 10,000 of those 40,000 people had funds loaded on their cards.
The Department of Health and Welfare has announced that the problems have been fixed, and all funds are now on individuals' cards.
