House Bill 323, the FY 2014 appropriation for education, has ideas in it that IFF supports, such as technology in the classroom and pay for performance. However, the way in which the money is going to be appropriated is concerning to the Idaho Freedom Foundation.

Executive director Wayne Hoffman sent a letter to senators outlining the issues.
