Idaho's secretary of state, Ben Ysursa, says he is likely to demand a donor list from a group raising money in support of the state's education reform laws, according to a story in the Idaho Press-Tribune.
The group, Education Voters of Idaho, maintains it is exempt from disclosure because it is a nonprofit organization. Ysursa says he has yet to see a legal reason for the group to claim it is not a political action committee under the state's 1974 Sunshine laws that require a public donor list.
