The Idaho Department of Health and Welfare released nearly 200 emails Tuesday after the Idaho Freedom Foundation submitted a public records request relating to the state's upcoming special session.
The release features nearly 200 email messages. The foundation requested all communications pertaining to the Uniform Interstate Family Support Act between DHW staffers and federal workers.
Idaho Freedom Foundation employees have not reviewed these files.
