The Food and Drug Administration began investigating Bodybuilding.com in2007 for marketing and distributing mislabeled products, according to a story in the Idaho Statesman.

On Wednesday a judge assessed the company, its chief executive officer and its former president $8.1 million in fines that can be paid in installments.
