IFF legislative affairs director Fred Birnbaum testified last week in favor of a House memorial calling on Congress to hold President Joe Biden accountable for his failure to enforce immigration law. Birnbaum passionately argued that the memorial is absolutely right to call for Biden's impeachment, because the buck stops at the White House.
