In a seven-page report released by the Legislative Services Office, Ron Crane, Idaho state treasurer, is accused of not properly recording the expenditures of his office. Crane denies the allegations, but did say he would take the recommendations and start using the Idaho accounting system.

Crane has been in the news the last few months for circumstances surrounding his state gas card and possible abuse of it. The allegations were looked into by the Canyon County prosecutor, but later dropped.
