A new survey says the majority of Idahoans are in support of banning texting behind the wheel. In fact, the survey shows 87 percent are in favor of the ban.

Legislators have put together several different bills in the past few years aimed at coming up with some kind of a ban, but have been unsuccessful. With public support in favor of such a ban, this session may see a bill passed to deal with issue.
