The Idaho Freedom Foundation (IFF) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Boise, Idaho. Founded in 2009, our mission is to advance individual liberty, free-market principles, and limited government through research, education, and advocacy. We believe that Idaho can be a national model for conservative governance, and we work to make that vision a reality by holding lawmakers accountable, engaging citizens, and equipping leaders with the tools to defend freedom.
Our team is passionate, principled, and focused on delivering bold, transformational change—not just incremental reform. Whether through exposing government waste, promoting school choice, or advancing tax and regulatory reform, IFF remains a leading voice for liberty in the Gem State.
The Idaho Freedom Foundation (IFF) is seeking a dynamic and strategic Development Director to lead our fundraising efforts and expand our base of committed supporters. In this role, you’ll shape and execute strategies that drive high-impact donor engagement, working alongside a passionate team dedicated to defending liberty and advancing limited government in Idaho.
This role reports to the Vice President and also works closely with the President. This is a full-time, on-site position based in beautiful downtown Boise, offering a flexible schedule, competitive compensation, and a full benefits package—including medical coverage and a 401(k) plan. The Director of Development will receive support for continued professional development through training, travel, and networking opportunities. This is a highly collaborative and mission-driven environment where your contributions will make a lasting impact.
