Secretary of State Ben Ysursa and Superintendent of Public Instruction Tom Luna have confirmed that the Land Board is moving up their next meeting to Feb. 10.  It had been scheduled for Feb. 16.  A key item on the agenda will be a vote on Luna's proposal to transfer $58.2 million from part of the state endowment to the public schools budget for the next year.  Ysursa told Rep. Cliff Bayer, R-Boise, that the move was done in part to help lawmakers crafting the next state budget receive a decision sooner on Luna's proposal.
