U.S. Department of Justice gives money to hire veterans

A federal program designed to save or create around 800 jobs has given $650,000 to communities in Idaho, according to the Idaho Statesman.

The St. Anthony Police Department will receive $150,000 in funding and the Kootenai County Sheriff's Office will receive $500,000 in funding.
