Occupy Boise objects to state rules on protests, rallies

The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) and the Occupy Boise movement issued a news release Monday saying they are challenging administrative rules proposed by the state to regulate protests and rallies on state facilities, says a story in the Idaho Press-Tribune.

Among the objections are requirements defining a rally as "two or more people" and giving a five-day advance notice for holding an event on the Capitol steps.
