The chief executive officer (CEO) of Alternate Energy Holdings Inc., which has been looking to bring a nuclear power plant to Idaho for a number of years, settled a lawsuit with investors to the tune of $450,000, according to a story in the Spokesman-Review.

Investors allege that the CEO and former vice president schemed investors out of their money by inflating stock value, while at the same time selling off their own shares.
