The Legislature likely won’t consider a bill that would place a moratorium on wind farms in Idaho. Rep. Erik Simpson, R-Idaho Falls, on Monday asked the House to return the bill to the Local Government Committee, and the members agreed to do so. The bill has been hanging on the House’s calendar for more than a month. Simpson didn’t say why the bill was being sent back to the committee.
