Rep. John Vander Woude, R-Nampa, told Idaho Reports last week that doesn't care about the rankings of various interest groups, including the Idaho Freedom Foundation.

For what it's worth, Vander Woude's bill to ban tanning for some youth received a -2 on the Freedom Index.
