In an Associated Press story in the Idaho Statesman, pro and con viewpoints are outlined about HJR2, a proposed constitutional amendment to make the right to hunt, fish and trap a part of the Idaho Constitution.
The issue does not seem to involve hunting and fishing, but there are some who feel trapping should not be a constitutionally-guaranteed right.
